The Birthdaying Takahina - Part 1

This is a post which has been late for like almost a month.

From the late Feb till the mid Mar, Rurouni will always be a very busy and very broke group. Because during this time, it involves 3 birthdays, meaning a lot of...

Kbox...
Eating...
Lan...
Eating...
Board Games...
Sexual Toys...
Eating...
Drinking...
Being the undesired group of society for a period of time...

And naturally photos.

Takahina was the main CONDUCTING and therefore he decided to add in other elements to the usual birthday lesson plan that Rurouni used to conduct.

Shown below will be the part of the very secret documents perceived by Rurouni and being managed, written and totally controlled by Takahina himself.

1. Organizer must plan according to what the birthday personnel involved wants.

-a. If Birthday Personnel says whatever, then it'll be whatever. Organizer will plan according to what he wants and the best of his/her knowledge what the person likes.



2. Flow of conduct:

- Pre event mainly conduct initially. Optional to have.

- Dinner which is free for the birthday personnel, all others will be responsible for splitting the price accordingly. Special Guest will not be obliged to pay but he/she can according to her conscience and whether or not wants to provide a additional donation to the Rurouni Fund. Compulsory to have.

- Main event to kick off. As usual the bills will be paid accordingly as the dinner. Compulsory to have. If there is any birthday cake or additional presents to be given to your loved ones, now is the appropriate time.

- Any other follow up events is optional.

4. Additional Elements

- Any additional elements to be added to the celebration itself is to be informed and told to all members in case of any displeasure portrayed by the personnel involved.

- If the additional elements is to be meant as a surprise, consult all other members but just the birthday personnel himself/herself.

Anyways, as expected, Ben said the choice "K box", so the main event kicked off.

Never to contact his boss along for anything and if possible, get that somebody whom he likes to hug so as to let him be a little more controllable.

Hokay, so we arranged to meet up at 8pm at the Tampines MRT. He did some own self reflection on how he looked before he went off...

And irritatingly, the huggable someone was already there.



Introducing Miss Stella Ng Shu Yu. 死特拉黄输鱼。 She is known as Ben's doll because she always gets hug by him whenever Ben sees her. Quite scary. We have known her since Sec Sch. And the interesting fact is that she lives so nearby my house, she can Bio me everyday everynight. Quite scary. She just came back from China, so Takahina went to contact her after a long time of not talking to her. In fact the whole group of Rurouni hadn't been in contact with her for a long time.

All others arrived soon later and Ben, upon seeing her, went to hug her.



Hokay. Takahina scores again. Calling Stella in is a very correct choice. (^o-)

The rest eventually arrived and we introduced the additional element to everyone. The steamboad was at Bugis... one of those 天天来火锅. I remember I went to eat there once for my initiation with my S2/S3 department in my unit, i quite enjoyed the food there especially the 麻辣 soup. Oily and totally sinful it is. So I decide to let the whole Rurouni group become sinful as well.

The meal was alright with Takahina almost being the permenant servant. He took rice... asked for soup and all... took lots of stuff etc etc. But as long as all happy he's alright ba. After all, it's Ben's birthday mah.

The meal was alright la... cause both the 麻辣 and 不辣鱼汤 kinda integrated in the end. Too much Tong Fen is in. Prawns become Hei Bi. Abalones go missing in the soup. Mee Pok and Mee Kia floating around the soup. Was alright.

Luckily there wasn't any ice cream in my soup this time.

After that, we went to Paradiz center for Karaoke... but unfortunately it closed down. This setback, eventually made us go to Orchard Cineleisure for our K session.

We sang for a while...



And I can tell everyone, we all are not meant to sing, we have other talents available.

But nevertheless, the cake, will be coming out.



Why did Benji look so serious?? Eyeing the cake right?.. We did the usual routine... Sing birthday song out loud on the kbox machine la... Have ben doing some wishing la... make him cut the cake la... He then wanted something extra from our additional element. A kiss.

ZOMG.

But still, the birthday boy will get his wish.



And,

Alot of kisses.





Mainly performed by the 2 most hiong person in the group to another hiong person in the group, Tian Wei and Rong.

Rong seeing such a case happening, decide to call in the alcohol, the biggest money burner.

Nope Takahina didn't kiss him, but he got somewhat mad like Chin Han and started taking siao pics after the money burner effect.

Similarly, Ben got overly shagged from the kisses by everyone. And fainted...



Lucky our Additional Element was there for him.

And with that, people get seriously drunk. Rong made Ben had some highing liquid and made him toast with all of us.

Ok, maybe not all get seriously drunk. But Benji, Samuel, Tian Wei was already sleeping in the room le. Ben was just like a chinese zombie...

Whenever a good song is played, the talisman on Ben's head will like suddenly get taken off and he'll jump around the kbox room and screaming into oblivion. And he also went to bite everyone, trying to leave a Ben Ben Love Bite.

BBLB.

Takahina got it as well, but it healed soon after.

Anyways, it all ended well, alcohol all gone, all drinks all gone. Everyone still conscious cept for Ben who was quite wasted. Lucky he didn't vomit if not I'll freaking band anymore alcohol intake for any Rurouni outing.

But we got badly burned.

Our pockets that is.

But still, Rong paid it off with his credit card. Always good to have someone who lives on the high mode along on any party and such, if not it'll be too tamed.

Well, we got out of the kbox. And saw L.

But Ben went to my house to get laid... on the bed. It's said that he's too shagged to go home, so he can come to my home where I can take care of him. Yes, I've become "Bencare Center". In fact my house is like the daycare center of people who can't go home. Like Chin Han likes to stay over at my house every friday for unknown purposes, Ben's like to stayover when they feel shag. Rong staying over... when he wants to. And Stella bios into my house ever so often. Giving me no privacy sia.. But I like.

Did I mention Benjamin was wearing Pink and had Bling Bling Glasses on him? And Samuel was almost like MIA throughout the whole trip?

A highly experienced person and also... strongly responsive at alcohol effect.

Hokay, so it started off very hastily cause it wasn't organized by Takahina but instead someone else. For your info, anyone who has went to any Rurouni meeting more than twice will be considered part of Rurouni, so Stella became a Rurouni.

So we tried to see what Benji would like to do. He said Lan.

Alright, Lan it is. But for Lan, it is unappropriate for Stella to go cause she's totally ignorant towards such stuff unlike the guys. And on that day itself, there is a jamming session. So the whole planned up needed a lot of contingency plan.

Firstly we met up for Lan first. Cause Benjamin wanted to Lan ma so we Lan. Quite a boring event cause the place kinda sucks, the games are the same old dota and the same few players. Sam was already gone cause he went to Thailand to look for Ah Qua by the order of NS Commando Honour and Glory but no Pride.

Such events need Sam la... if not not fun.

But it didnt' matter much, cause half way through the game, Benji and me have to rush down to 4tones for jamming with EvE. YAY!!

Had real fun with original. I got so hot with it I kept boasting it.

Shouldn't have though, now I feel so stupid about it.

Anyways, during the jam, where did the rest of the guys went? They went for some R & R in Chinatown. And Stella joined up with the gang by then. The guys went for some R & R, and also some hanky panky for Benji later on la.

We joined everyone, only to realised the all of us were wearing white except for Benji. So to commemarate the event, we did a check in with the MRT Lady.

Went over to Chinatown hawker center for dinner... Frankly quite a bad dinner la imo. The food is quite ex and not exactly very delicious. Also the variety is quite limited. CHOM CHOM was so so so much better if you ask me. But too bad, the closest place to our next destination was Chinatown le... so bo pian but to go there lor. Tourist please don't get fooled. Chinatown is not the best place to get local stuff man...

It rips you off. I mean, wtf a simple bowl of Fei Fei Wanton Mee... pirated somemore, cost you $4.50.

ZOMG.

So we just carried on with our stuff, ate and produced many more originals originating from the musicically talented us. Stella got extremely pissed, but she had no choice but to listen.

After that was the Board Games time. Idea from Ben.

Mind Cafe at Boat Quay. It's really quite a place I would recommend. I went there once with 7 flowers at the branch in Dhoby and had lots of fun playing train board game till the extent I'm the king of the trains.

So hopefully Takahina would score again.

At this place, which is a healthy family place, we initially started some very very lamed out games. Some card game involving King, Assasin, Thief, Architect, Merchant, Bishop, Warlord. Lame shit really. So we got a little bored eventually, therefore Takahina went to get some classics out.

And when enlightment comes, Takahina will be the punished.

After that, we switched to playing Risk. Why no more Jenga. Cause they see Takahina kena pump they happy liao. So they change.

Takahina didn't play Risk before, Stella didn't really wanna play Risk, so the whole process just went on slowly. Takahina did participate, but cause he's first time so he played but noobly. But he had lady luck Stella by his side, so whatever dice rolled would be to Takahina's advantage.

Damn good.



Just imagine, Benji is the CO, Chin Han is the S3 while Rong is the S2. All doing planning while Benji just drinks his water waiting for solution. Cannot like this right... but bo pian la, he birthday boy.

And cause he's birthday day, he received a present during a hanky panky picking while Benji and me are jamming...



I'll keep it small... so no prize for guessing what it is. But I feel every hot blooded single man should have 1 themselves.

I think Benji will kill me if he sees it. HAHAHAHAHAHA.....



After the birthday gift, Ben just went on to hug again. He's becoming like Edison man OMG...



And Stella seeing that she has no gifts for Benji, decides to be his maid and beerlady for a day. Carrying his guitar for him...

While looking damn happy at the same time. Poor thing.

And soon enough, we finished it off after a bit of beer talk about society and future..,, you know those emo things I talk on this blog.

The Random Thoughts of Takahina

Just came back from Camp after a tiring day of being COS (Company's Only Shit) and being squeezed out dry by the efforts of my stuff and the "bui gan" S2.

When through some websites, and stumbled upon my cousin's blog... found one particular post of hers very... heart warming.

and yes,i was thinking to myself,this is it man.this is what draws me to home everyday.you know how your stomach rumbles and growls when it smells dinner?and the anguish that you still got to wait before tucking in.

nothing beats this feeling anywhere in the world.the feeling of being loved by your mums,when they painstakingly use their time,sweat,effort just to prepare a good and nutritious meal for their children.

my mum always complains that its actually very very tiring to cook.cos you got to wash up,mop the floors,and prepare all those ingredients beforehand.but she always wants to cook cos that is the only time when the whole family comes together for a meal.

How to say... I do have that same feeling, lately after getting into NS and being thrown into so many things that is happening so dramastically fast, I'm starting to appreciate more and more of the things that my family do for me.

In the end, 血比水浓。

I guess it's one of the greatest truth in life. But of course, if your family is like kinda dysfunctional with virus in around... that's another case.

The Laws of Takahina

Hmmmm, I think I posted this up before??

But never mind, even if I did posted it up before, my guess is alot of people have forgotten about it. And even though I have topics to post up like Ben's birthday, TPJC 05S35 gathering and the re-emergence of my long lost relative Mei Mei Stella, they are kinda lengthy and I don't really have the power to do a long post.

Cause you see, doing a very long and good post full of pics and everything requires a lot of effort from Takahina, Photobucket, my fingers and Blogspot. And time is not something I exactly have now. It's 10pm, and I'm booking in tomorrow at 0715, so I have to wake up at like 0515, and provided with Takahina's unusual habit of sleeping accurately 5 hours, I have to sleep at like 0015. Making a good quality post of Takahina's will take like 4-6 hours.

So a good post is a no no.

But anyways, last week Takahina finished part 2 of The Rich Dad Poor Dad book. And as usual, got enlightened. Well, not enlightened, but more of understanding how to apply and start off. Takahina set off and got down a whole list of "to dos", not just on financial but also on human development and physical development.

And also, some friends of mine are also quite puzzled by my Laws. Samuel Lim who already viewed some of my Laws, didn't comment much. I just added a few more Laws into Takahina's list. I do keep a book which listed down all my laws, and my laws includes all types of things which I feel should be followed on such as Hentai, Downloading laws.

--> Each sequence permits only for 1 ending except RPG which always goes for best endings only.

--> Anime not finished watching will be termed under priorities when new updates come.

5. Law of Music Listening

--> For storage of less than 20 songs, change songs everyday through randomization.
--> For stroage of less than 50 songs, and more than 20, change weekly through randomization.
--> For storage of 50 and more, change monthly.
--> Listen to music player appliances when doing homework or housework.
--> If lack of earphone, listen to music from computer or radio.


6. Law of Free Days (non working or no activity days)

--> Periods:

a. From < 1pm, it will be under "free time"
b. From 1pm - 5pm, it will bve under "prioritised work".
c. From 5pm - 9pm, it will be under "free time"
d. From 9pm - 2am, it will be under "prioritised work".

--> After a piece of prioritised work is done, perform "Law of Activities",
--> If events fall under prioritised work time, that period is cancelled.
--> If user retires early, time for "prioritised time" is pushed back to a "free time".


7. Law of Work Days

--> Sleep at least 5 hours before the planned preparing time for work
--> After an event of work, 30mins of activity ensured.
--> Any other free time, change it to "prioritised work". In between work event to prioritised <1 Hr preparation
--> Rest only allowed for at most 2 hours per day.


8. Law of Customization

--> For computer background, change when artist CD or anime have new additions.
--> For hp, change as when music changes. Theme of change according to computer imaging.
--> Room posters to change according to age. Wallscrolls change according to music changes.


9. Law of Piracy and Downloads

--> Anime unable to be purchased in Singapore and online will be allowed to be downloaded.
--> Piracy is allowed for games except for Computer games.
--> Music should only be downloaded when pursued or needed for jamming. Only other purpose allowed is for forming of personal albums. Priority artist and once pursued artist albums are not to be downloaded.


10. Law of Takahina Financial Planning

--> 26.66% of monthly income to be incorporated into Life Savings Account. Rest to be in Spending Account.
--> Life Savings Account to be dissected into 2 different accounts; Investments accounts and Savings accounts.
--> Investments Accounts is to be used strictly only for financial building usages. Control to be held purely by Takahina.
--> Savings Accounts to be used for future important usages. Control to be held purely by Mother.
--> Both accounts hold 50% sharehold of Life Saving Accounts.
--> Each month income to be directed in this 2 accounts first.


11. Law of Lifestyle Planning

A. Diet Control:

--> Each day holds a ratio of 10u.
--> Normal meal with no additional servings to be amounted as 3u.
--> Each extra servings as an addition u.
--> Tasty water (etc Coke) only 750ml per day at most.
--> Fruits and healthy products does not add any additional u.
--> Alchoholic drinks to be limited to max 5glasses/portions per week.

B. Personal Fitness:

--> Each week to fulfill at least 4 outings of workout.
--> Each outing on a day counts only as 1. (Additional outing on a day, does not contribute to finishing 4 outings of workout.


There you go, the current still ongoing 12 Laws of Takahina. Actually there is still one more law called "Law of Romance", but it has been counted as void by Takahina due to his own digression and destruction of it's own happening.

2. Deathnote Spin-off, L Change the World: Anyone?? Possibly Rurouni... or just anyone.

3. Away from Her: A more emotional touchy bunch of people. Still looking.

4. Koisora: A certain lady I know through handphone SMSing a wrong number. Because this show suits the situation very well. But she hasn't been replying me at all, so maybe watching alone.

Yesterday Takahina just watched this movie called Sweeney Todd. A very bloody one and interesting one. I love how the movie is portrayed in a musical, depressing and sadistically black humour type of manner. And really, the blood pouring out is disgusting to the extend it's amazing. I haven't seen so much blood gushing out in a movie for a very long time, it's almost comparable to the enemas scenes in Night Shift Nurses.

And therefore, Takahina grew inspired.

Dota should have a hero named Sweeney Todd, and his ultimate will be the repeated straight stabs at the neck just like what Sweeney used against the judge. Does 9999 damage. Agahmin Scepter will break damage limit and make the ultimate cause 99999, applicable to Roshan and any structures.

ST will also have several other skills such as:

Clean Cut --> 1 slash across the neck. Magical Attack that causes instant death.

Have a Shave --> Applies some shaving cream which will stun the opponenet for the whole game.

Human Meat Pie --> Heals all hero back to full health but causes eternal poisoning.

Then maybe some new items will come out.

I realised, in the last post made I left out a member of the new band I had, and she complained to me, scolding me hentai and stuff for it.

I'm in deep remorse and hope to clear my sins for that unforgiveble mistake that I had so stupidly done.

The "Unpeaceful" Takahina

I call this blog, The True Takahina, cause everything which I write and think here, is true. As simple as that.

Yesterday Takahina went to have a drink with his new band which consist of Nika, Huimin, Benji and Michi after the jamming session. And once again, Takahina had new thoughts and reflections coming out.

Takahina doesn't know why, but ever since don't some days ago, Takahina has been feeling rather unsettled and insecured. Everytime Takahina is alone, he can't help but have some personal reflections and thinking of his own. In the past it's just occasionally, but now it's gradually becoming highly pressuring and worrying.

Takahina had a little pep talk while going back home in the taxi and Benji said something which I felt is very very true.

"Woon Han, you think so much cause you're not at peace with yourself."

Indeed, that sentence and phrase "you're not at peace with yourself" opened up Takahina's realisation of his life which seem to be going at a very wrong pace nowadays.

Takahina is not at peace with himself.

Lately Takahina has been picking up bad habits of all sorts. Drinking, unrestriction to own self discipline, unable to sleep properly, smoking.

Drinking has been getting more and more useless. I like the feeling of being shagged high, meaning you drink until u cannot walk totally straight but you still can think with an acute headache acting right on that brain of yours. But now, I don't feel that high anymore, either it's because I'm now much more tolerant in drinking, if not I'm not drinking enough. I tend to get very red after drinking to the extent of being lobster red, then after a while that feeling disperse, leaving behind that sickening headache which haunts me.

Then lately I don't seem to keep my own life in place, I leave things all over lying around. Even though I don't have my own room but still that is no excuse to properly neaten up my surroundings, especially my working place like my computer area. In camp I don't exactly keep tabs of my things, I have like 7 pieces of underwear in my cupboard and I don't know about it. My jack knife is inside my boots and my white socks can be laid lying on top of my cupboard. I don't keep tabs on my eating habits as well, it's like all the principles and rules I have set to myself is disappearing.

Another problem is my sleep. Youngsters can sleep for perpentually forever if they want to, but Takahina at most can sleep 5hrs, and he'll die die wake up in 5hrs regardless of how late he slept. Just yesterday I slept 2 hours, and I was fully active for the whole day until 5am when I finish my band gathering and reached home. And after that I'm still not contented and went on to have a good view of porn of this JAV actress named Kyoko getting fucked by 2 fat fucks before I submit myself to the horrors of the bed. And it's not like I can just "POM" on the bed and go to lala land. I must like la a little myself before I can sleep. But the sleep was a good one though. 5 hours later at 10am plus I woke up. So for 2 days straight, all I had is 7hrs of sleep to support 41 hours of working period. Benji later commented that I was a monster. I concur.

Also, yesterday I actually had some puffs. I shared a stick with Michi whom is a fellow social smoker. I don't find it too surprising for myself to start on smoking, cause I always believe everyone must learn how to smoke, esp guys cause they have to learn how to socialise and smoking is one of the more efficient ways to click with other people who smokes. But never get to the state of being an addict if not you'll piss off people who is against it. But then, I didn't thought that I'll just pick it up so easily, that is something which I'm quite shocked at.

Something is wrong with my life, I know it. Somehow it's like in a very short short period of time, I managed to pick up quite a lot of the morally "wrong" things in the world. In just a months time, I managed to transform myself and learn of all the "evil" side of the things which I believe a good socially accepted and adapted person should have. And on the otherhand, the good habits which I already have is slowly dissimating from my life.

Only 1 thing still remains, I'm still a virgin. But never mind that.

I'm confused actually as you can see from the few previous posts. I think I'm now entering a transition in life which will determine the adult morals/habits of my life.

Now that I'm entering the third decade of my life, having experienced the working environment, experienced stress in studies, experienced people's kindness and selfishness, witness moral values so preciously taught in school being slowly turned off and peeled away as people grow up, understanding that people's thinking is not what you think. etc etc.

It's like all of a sudden, the last straw to keep my hope for this society is gone. Now all I see, is the everflowing "sins" and "fake" that happens in everyday life. Even though I prolly know that there is really goodwill and true love in this world, but I get more cynical than ever nowadays.

Lust and love, fighting for peace and defending freedom, what exactly is the difference between it? People state so many reasons, put in so many excuses and front just to prove what they said is correct and to achieve and get what they want.

Osama goes around bombing people for a script which has been hailed by Muslims all around and he does it in the name of Jihad. The whole world hates him, but his men hail him. All too often, the 2 opposing difference between the whole world is just a matter of thinking.

Lust is one of the sins in Christianity and yet Christians girls are the most hiau girls you can see around. Christians are friendly, but people often at times mistake their friendliness as either a pester to know more about Jesus or even something intimate.

Some people club and often have flings or even things more intimate, even to the extent of kissing and petting, but to them, it's just a fling. A play play type of business, nothing serious. But to others around, those more traditional thinking, they will find this as a shameless act, being almost equivalent to selling out your body.

Having sex and making love is 2 different things, I can have sex with chickens in Geylang, so to say that the girl whom you just knew and had sex with is a chicken you found in let's say, Zouk? Making love on the otherhand involved feelings, but still involved the penis going into that secret virginal cave involved.

Girls say that are not concerned with the looks of any guy, as long as that guy contains the so called traits that the girls want. But really, who wants to marry an ugly guy? Looks affect the rate in which people get known, like how Peacock attracts female peacock with their tail feathers. In the end, won't the good looking guys still be more popular? That's quite obvious isn't it?

The arguments can go on forever and ever with valid points from both side of the argument, there is no such things as fairytales in this fake and superficial world which we do not want to admit ourselves. Human beings are just mammals with a bigger brain that enabled us to discipline ourselves not to act like animals. Morals are created to keep up with this discipline. Human behaviour is designed to destroy this discipline, human desires are tools akin to helping it, and the many popular things you see out there is served to do so.

So in the end, it creates 2 opposing thinkings in Takahina, do I keep my discipline or let my behaviour just take over? Should I be concerned to what people think or should I continue to be the inconfident little fatty whom they used to look down on or strive to be the wild vain guy whom I'm slowly becoming?

Right now, I feel very bewildered. It's like I'm stuck in the middle and unable to recover from the apparent superficial world which I've so tried to deceive myself is not there and yet still getting overly overwhelmed by the whole scale of it.

I don't feel like the whole world is against me like some microscopic organism, but I do feel like the world have been deceiving me. If not I feel that I have been seeing the world in a wrong view. Maybe I'm also another microscopic organism, should call myself Bacteria in the future.

Boring post, but I really feel I must vomit something out. If not I'll really feel damn emo easily.

These few weeks I could be getting easily emotional, so please bare with me.

The Injured Takahina

Well, cause tmr i'll be COS, so have to book in damn early, MEANING, i have to sleep soon, MEANING this will jus be a short post.

Lately, Takahina has been feeling some pain in his left wrist. When Takahina like, kinda just stretch or try to extend his left wrist a little, a sharp pain hits that area. Dunno why, but could be the reprocussions of drumming...

But then again, it's not like drumming is my career, I don't hold a drumstick 247. So, can't really be so.

Anyways, hope it doesn't do much to Takahina's future dreams. Takahina still wants his wrist.

Ears could also be a little injured, but then doubt it'll be serious or even injured. Maybe it's just the insides too dirty with shit and stuff like that. Who knows?

Skin is also a little injured, I get this freakish heat rash every now so and then. Kinda worried, this heat rush seem to be acute. But there is another rash that has been ongoing for a freaking long time in Takahina's life. 3 years liao i think, still not totally cured. When it's itchy or dirty at places, you can see me scratching madly. Allergy to dust???

Next is perhaps, the brain and heart?

The Pathetic Takahina

I don't know why,

But I suddenly have to post something.

I don't know why,

But yesterday after I drank, I felt that, Takahina is such a weakling.

Or maybe, Takahina has been deluding himself of something.

Takahina says a lot of thing, but has Takahina really achieved what he has said?

Can Takahina reached what he has said?

Can Takahina really discipline himself to the aspect of being the type of person he wants and not failing the life's examination?

Or should he just let loose and be the type of guy he himself hates?

It's has been only just 1 week plus, and it almost seem that this 1 week plus will eventually tune everything down, to a certain change in my whole idealogy.

The virus/vaccine planted down, will slowly alter the lifestyle of Takahina as time goes by.

Little by little. It affects.

Takahina is, confused. What exactly should Takahina do, he doesn't know.

He hopes time would go back, so that Takahina is able to redo the choices he has done. And yet Takahina always says, don't do anything which you will regret. He's precisely denying what he always preached.

In the end, maybe my personal beliefs and morals is just 1 wrong delusion of this world. Why should I so even care that much anymore about Takahinaism.

The Clubbing Takahina

On this faithful day 12th Jan 08, Takahina finally went to do something which he wanted to do for a long time. Not exactly because he wanted to do it, but he wants to experience it. And partly it's also on that day he wanted to drink. Stress is building up in his workplace and alcohol is a way to get that off.

Just like it happened on 1st Jan 08 when Takahina gone gaga over some Bailey's.

So Takahina contacted people. Like some guy who team kills friends in any games, Samuel Lim Wen Jun!!!!!

So, Takahina tried to attract soldiers and buy horse, but only managed to gather Ben, Tian Wei and Chin Han. Chin Han was VERY late due to work. Ben and Tian Wei met up first with Takahina, then we proceeded down to meet Samuel LIM WEN JUN at Tiong Bahru.

Anyways, we then met up with one of Samuel LIM WEN JUN's friend whom is a Guard and ORD (lucky shit) and headed down. Strange to say, it's like a secret building constructed within the depths of a pile of old HDB flats. Very contrasting, but still alright. You can see the security guards hanging around the area being traffic police.

There was this girl whom the ex-Guards approached. Her name should be Hui Ying, if I;m not wrong. She happens to be the god-sister of the guards. So i'll call her Guard God Sister. She met up with us and we entered the dungeon of Zouk.

We looked around for Samuel LIM WEN JUN's friend to celebrate his birthday and secondly, to clear him of the alcohol he can waste, which Takahina and his friends are more than willing.



After we drank, we felt like moshing, that's when we realised the drinks are poisoned! Then, Samuel LIM WEN JUN took out his noob noob handphone, and started to act stupid like shooting at us...

Firstly he made a good team kill of the heroes all there, the guard, the birthday boy, the guard god sister, Takahina, Ben, Tian Wei, the storeman, the ARTI...

Don't know why, Takahina seems to be able to smile more these few days. Gone are the old days when he seem so serious. His thinking has been more opened minded too. Or maybe the smiles are dude to the effect from the booze. But anyways, Takahina has somewhat grew less emo towards the usual sianning, and such problems. So the clubbing became like an observation lab u know? Of course not an observation lab for Takahina's view of woman flesh, but more of the mentality and the behavioural. It's quite interesting actually, alcohol can bring out the carnal nature of anyone, and it's like a hunting ground for anyone.

That's why Takahina once said, "Humans are the strangest beings on earth. They deny their own true behaviour and seek for something to make it come out, but yet that thing is normally illegal."

And just look at the hair of all of us. Ben's hair look the best. ^^

Takahina won't condemn clubbing, but neither will he absolutely accept it. There's this sort of human defying nature within him, that doesn't like the action of buaing. Ass vs Ass, Cock vs Ass, Cock vs Cock (oops), and Cock vs Cheebyes.

In fact, let me tell u one accident which happened when Takahina went for his first clubbing in Australia.

He was drinking, happily and watching over the little black hair guys and gold hair guys competing over some fat gold hair girl. Then that wasn't the worse case. 1 fucking guy came over, he lumped his hands over Takahina's shoulder while singing along...

The 2008 Start Takahina

The year of 2008 didn't start out well physically for some people. Takahina has been hearing news of people dying in this week.

First, one major in Kranji Camp (that's my camp by the way) collapsed and died after a life run. And it's a very smooth and comfortable pace from what I've heard which would have posed no challenge at all to the major. Yet still he just collapsed and died. Life is queer when it comes to such issues. You can just die all of a sudden and no one knows why at all.

Takahina had hoped that his death would at least cancel 1 or 2 life runs in my battalion.

Nothing like that happened.

Anyways, yesterday this certain local celebrity named... MC king, he was announced MC for eternity. I haven't really read up on his report, but from what I heard he died after like a few coughs and shivers and similar stuff like that. So you see, anyone could die so easily and unexpectedly.

First a major, then a MC king who really turned MC God.

Next person whom I heard of a bad news, is Shu Qin. She is diagnosed with Hepetitis B.

She had some stomach pains or some pains and went to look for doctor who eventually diagnosed her with Hepetitis B. In case you people do not know what is Hepetitis B, it's a virus or some sorts (if I'm not wrong) that flows in your blood. Meaning, your blood has a lack of immunity or something like that.

That lack of immunity or something like that is caused by the gradual failure of your liver. Which will eventually lead to liver cancer, unless you do something to it
like eat lots of medicine.

SO to sum it up:

Hep B means, your liver is fucked and needs some medicine if not it's really fucked.

Ok fuck, i'm no doctor so don't expect me to fully give the lowdown. I only know the superficial side while wikipedia knows the rest.

But in any case, it isn't a good thing. Any death of any kind of shit isn't good.


However, things aren't always too bad. At the true start of 2008, Takahina was watching fireworks with Rong, Ben, Esther and Tian Wei (Esther is Tian Wei's gf) and after the fireworks, drinking some Bailey's with them. After some Bailey's, Takahina went mad and did 100 push up with the guys while Esther was busy talking photos of us. If possible I'll post them up man, just wait till I obtain the pics from him. We were a little tipsy... ok, maybe it's just me. I was a little tipsy at that time, and I was like WATEVER!!!

I tried to keep my balance, it posted a little challenge. I tried to walk in a straight line, i had to gather my inner conscience. Whenever I stood up, I had to like arch my feet forward to prevent a fall. When I layed down on the floor, I felt like I didn't have to do my COS the next day. (Yes i tio COS on 010108)

But then now I know inside. I like this feeling. Sure the alcohol didnt' taste nice, but the feeling of being able to forgo like almost everything in this world sure felt good. The troubles, the pain, the society, everything is redundant at that point of time. All that matters is yourself, your pleasure. If this goes on, I think i'll become an alcoholic. And really, getting urself somewhat drunk is quite a good way to go thru the crossover. Cause you don't give a care of this world at that point of time, and it's precious you don't get bogged down by the fuck in 2007 at 2008's start.

The next day I booked in in the morning, I went to vomit first before I took over the COS duty.

Hope 2008 would be good. Cause it's my ORD year as well.

But then till that historical moment, Takahina has to sign off cause he tio COS duty again on a sunday.

Don't worry, the results won't be too surprising.



Number 3 in the countdown, and a not surprising one, will be the NS people I've met in this whole year.

But the main particular one, will be a man who made me realize reality in a whole different way.

As you guys know, Takahina used to be a trainee in St John who quit half way after getting his uniform and experiencing something called a Changing Parade. Discipline and hardship was somewhat enforced into him by St John. He hated it, but then at least St John has this unity called "suffering together".

Somehow, Takahina is a little regretful he went awol for St John.

For NS, you can't go awol, cause if u do so, your whole life will be awol.

Anyways, it's been a year in NS, Takahina is getting prolly adapted to the fucked up life in it. But then ever since he entered operation lifestyle and went into office work(Yes, he's an office spec), he experienced a new part of life which is more familiar to the working lifestyle of adulthood and something which you can never experience if you're a chiong sua soldier.

Office Politics.

The period while he was a trainee, was tough... and freedom-less, but at least he found buddies and less.... scheming people.

Buddies such as them...



On the left is yours truly, middle is someone named Boon Jun. Because of him, Takahina got a new name called Woon Jun in there, while he got called Boon Han.

There were also times when my instructors approached me and called me Boon Jun, people approached him and called him Boon Jun.

Woon Han this name, was non-existence.

And on the extreme right was Kenn. He has a photo of him playing CS with SAR 21 and his bunkmates in the bunk. Great stuff ^^

But now it's different. In the office and operational lifestyle, it's totally different.

Operational consist of merits, power and rank fighting, and hypocrites. A lot of it. And Takahina is greatly deterred by such stuff, but realises that he has to play it to ensure his survival in the great world.

People abusing their power, people spreading things which they presume they know about but they don't, people whom you don't want to let them know of stuff you say, unreal truth, helplessness of people in the bottom of the chain.

And you think you've seen it all. That is quite sad really. And to think, this is just NS, a portion whereby it's only a small chip in the office world. The romantism of Takahina is slowly slowly destroyed by the realism of the world. And for once, Takahina really felt anger, furious by a small issue turned big.

It's not really convenient to write them all down, and state on the person who is actually number 3 in the countdown. But he is in this countdown, cause of a the realism he showed me in this world unwittingly. And Takahina thought he knew it all. And it's also because of this that Takahina finally learns on how to be ruthless when he needs to, and to be like a chameleon, truly adaptive and street smart when he needs to. To being ruthless to anyone when he really needs to, to being adaptive and street smart at all cost in this world.

Takahina once stated before, "Never believe in anyone, not even yourself". This phrase is more profound than it seems, it instils beliefs in self-discipline, self adventuring, and the way to be ruthless and selfish when you need to. A chip of the block incident out of an example of a true Office Politics, further enforces it.

Office politics is scary. No wonder my mother complained about it so much while she was working in her bank.

Number 2 in the countdown, is someone and something which Takahina hadn't dare to tell anyone. Currently only 1 guy knows about it and if possible Takahina will still want to keep it down. But out of respect for this person who once "loved" me, Takahina will mention about her.

My first and ex-girlfriend, Tan Shu Qin. (I won't post up her photo out of respect for her)

Yes, you guys heard it first and now. Takahina did have a girlfriend.

I know her through... DDR.

Yes you heard me DDR. Why? Cause she plays DDR as well, and she's as good, if not better than me. DDR is almost religious to her, and somehow that scares me a little. But when I know her at that time, I still didn't know.

Takahina don't really know much people in the local DDR society, he normally plays DDR by himself or with Tian Wei. But on this faithful day, Takahina was out for a night out, and went to the local CCK lot 1. Takahina likes Lot 1, cause the arcade has one of the most updated music and dance stimulation games. And is also conveniently very close to his camps. In fact it's the closest shopping centers around.

Takahina was playing DDR alone, when Shu Qin asked if she can join in, (cause DDR 1 credit can play 2 persons). And naturally Takahina welcomed her in. Soon after a few rounds of DDR, Takahina boldly asks for her number, which she gave without any concern whatsoever. From then on, Takahina begin to converse with her frequently.

Eventually things get a little heated up, with Shu Qin somehow asking funny questions and saying funny stuff. Emotions gets head on, and Takahina became Shu Qin's boyfriend outrightly. We went out on dates a few times, had frequent phone calls and private moments together (No hanky panky though). And on the 21st December, the relationship was off -- at least for me.

Not that there's no feeling involved, but Takahina can honestly say this, if given more time, more rational thinking, Takahina won't have said the "yes" word.

Takahina asks for a few things regarding relationship, and one of them is communication. Shu Qin fails terribly in that area, which is also one of the reason why we broke up. Communication in a relationship is like experience points in a RPG, it can make a lousy character to be one of the best characters, likewise good communication between both parties can have a relationship plausible. Maybe not the best of any relationship but communication can keep a relationship ongoing. I believe in the long term, communication will be the most important thing between any couple.

Shu Qin wasn't really well educated and her linguistic skills are rather... poor. To be frank, of her close to 500 sms I've received (she is good at spamming smses), I can't comprehend fully 99% of them. I have to use my comprehension skills to decipher her smses. When I try to talk to her, it's almost like talking to a primary 1 school kid. And she tends to get rather childish and outrageous on occasions... All in all, not really the perfect girlfriend you would want.

Communication is rather difficult. She don't understand what I really want, and I don't recognize or agree what she really needs. I tried to held up the relationship, I tried to communicate with her, I tried to be patient. I can't.

Her somewhat foolishness, persistence and lack of independance deterred me eventually, and Takahina ended his first relation. It was a... rather peaceful one. No arguments, no tears. Just smses and questions.

Why Shu Qin is in my countdown for the 2nd place, it's cause she taught me something, something Takahina would never have thought, and she's the one person, to have ever made Takahina deny and break all his own principles and laws.

What she taught me. She showed me this thing called "love without thought". For the first time, Takahina sees how someone, a girl especially in love can act. (or maybe it's only her). Somehow, the relationship opened a new sighting to Takahina's view which I can't really explain. The feeling of being loved, the feeling of being concerned and wanted is not something you can get anytime.

Somehow, after this whole incident I've grown more respectful to girls in love. Regardless of how shameless, how incredible or how wrong it should be. I don't mean girls in lust though. Lust and Love is a total different thing.

She gave me... an eye opener, she gave me an experience, she really shocked my life this year on how careful I should have been. There arises how I broke my own principles. Never break anyone's heart. Never be the one to initiate the breakup. It seems Takahina overly romantism and idealism is already gone.

Did she really love me? Or does she actually understand what is love exactly. No one knows for sure, I doubt if she herself knows it too. And it's now I understand why they also say girls hurt the most in a relationship, if all girls are really putting in their feelings and no variables involved that is.

The time is here and now. The top person who influenced Takahina the most. This person, doesn't know who is Takahina. Takahina have never seen this person in real life. Then how would Takahina know this person who is unrelated to Takahina at all? His book. The person...



Yes. Robert Kiyosaki.

Takahina was about to go overseas to Australia for his NS training when he met up with Tian Wei for supper. Then Tian Wei passed him this book... this sacred holy book called...

Rich Dad Poor Dad.

From then on, the opinions, the suggestions and the many things which the book taught and talked about enlightened and fully opened the views of Takahina. Perhaps its because the book and what Robert taught about is somewhat similar and different to Takahina's Takahinaism, perhaps it's because the views in it is logical, sensible and yet creatively interesting to Takahina. Takahina is instantly overwhelmed and overtaken by it's power. Financial power perhaps.

What the book taught, is more than just financial knowledge and the wealth. It's the principles behind it.

One thing I've just seen through is about fear. The fear of rejection, money, risk etc etc. Human has many fear, money is one of them and therefore they call for security, hence the opinion of a job security is pleasing to anyone. But normally a job security would render you the lost of financial security.

But behind such a simple thought, it's not just fear of money, but I've learned of fear of rejection and such, and what people will do with it. Yes the book was intended to shape one up to be rich, but then what matters in being rich, is the person behind it. And from reading it, I've gained knowledge of how exactly and what exactly I should do to achieve my dreams, my wants, my needs. It takes more than just discipline, more than just skills required, more than just knowledge. Its takes a whole new person willing to make changes, willing to make risk, willing to go out there and do something, after doing careful planning and organising. Even if you lose, you fail, you go down. Treat it as a lesson and try try try again.

It almost seems to be a simple lesson we learn and hear in everyday life.

"One is never too old to learn." - Chinese Proverb we hear everywhere.

"Failure is the mother of all success."(sounds damn funny) - Chinese Proverb we hear everywhere.

And some other advices and things you never hear or was opposed to, such as taking on risk. Robert Kiyosaki also continued on stating on many financial knowledge stuff and characteristics. It also carried on talking about investment, business knowledge many other should know things in money and the rat race of life which the majority of the world is unknowingly in. Takahina has no wish to be in it, and undeniably, Takahina will be following what Robert Kiyosaki has taught in. Maybe not totally, Takahina will model his teachings in the book to suit Takahina's lifestyle. But, certainly, it'll be affected and modelled after what "Rich Dad Poor Dad" said.

I don't know how this book affected Tian Wei, but this book affected the way I operate now. It also affect on how I think about my future. I don't have the skills to be financially free, don't have the character yet to be one. But Takahina will strive to be one. Takahina will be a person he wants to be, and fulfill the dreams he wants. Thanks to Robert Kiyosaki's book. He may not know it, but the degree this book changed me, is enormous.

Why this book is number 1 in the countdown is for obvious reason. This book I think could be attributed to shaping out my future path. And the future, will be going on and on.
